Are you on your phone too much- girl me too. I recently talked about how I plan on creating more than consuming and how I plan on cutting back, but today I wanted to share more practical ideas- like what I want to do when I am not typing on here and don’t want to look at my phone. This list is geared towards my lifestyle so take what you want from it, and add your own spin to it.
My personal list from my notes app:
- Bake cupcakes or really anything
- Make tea
- Work on a puzzle
- Complete a sudko
- Garden- tend the lettuce and front-year flowers
- Journal the day
- Journal about gratitude for the day
- Sew
- Walk outside
- Play outside: basketball, racquetball, pickleball, volleyball
- Call a long-distance family member
- Take photos on a digital camera
- Read
- Draw
- Practice writing and reading Punjabi
- Clean the car
- Clean the bathroom
- Update monthly budget Excel
- Put on music and dance
- Listen to a podcast
- Go to the gym
