Welcome back to my weekend reflections, where I dive into the highs and lows of my workweek!
High: I had a one-on-one with my manager this week, and it went well. I like to receive feedback in real-time and check in with my manager to make sure that expectations, roles, and responsibilities are still the same. If not, what changes need to be made and how to implement them. We have had some updates with Medicare notices, hospital policies, and the case management process, so getting clarity is always good.
Low: I lost an hour of sleep! I am not a fan of daylight savings, and I am not even sure why we continue this practice. I swear it’s not benefiting anyone—if it is, please let me know in the comments below. How?! Anyway, I was running on little to no sleep Sunday, which ironically was the busiest day out of the three days I work.
