I just got back from Cabo for my cousin’s bachelorette trip, and it was such a blast! We stayed at Breathless Resort from Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon, soaking up the sun and celebrating all weekend long. I can’t wait to share everything we did, but for now, I’m starting with a packing list—perfect if you’re heading to Cabo and need a place to begin.
Clothing
- Swimwear: Pack at least 2-3 swimsuits—one for poolside lounging, one for beach adventures, and a fun one for boat day. I brought five but used three, so extra options never hurt! Here is the one I wore on the boat!
- Cover-Ups: I brought three swimsuit cover-ups for easy transitions from the beach to the bar. A cute sarong or flowy cover-up is simple to slip on and off.
- Day Outfits: Lightweight dresses, rompers, or matching sets—perfect for brunch or exploring. I brought four day dresses for the trip, and each one was perfect for the warm weather.
- Night Outfits: Think flowy maxi dresses, bodycon fits, or something sparkly for the clubs. I brought two-night outfits, one for the club and another for a fun dinner out.
- Shoes: Flat sandals for the beach, comfy sneakers for walking around, and heels or wedges for nights out.

Accessories
- Sunglasses: A must-have for poolside lounging and boat days.
- Hat: A straw hat or baseball cap for sun protection.
- Jewelry: Keep it simple—gold hoops or layered necklaces. I always pack the same travel earrings and never bring real jewelry on trips. These are the ones I have- lots of options and super affordable!
- Beach Bag: Something lightweight to carry towels, sunscreen, and essentials.
- Bach Party Accessories: If the bride has a theme, bring matching outfits, fun sunglasses, or party favors.
Toiletries & Essentials
- Sunscreen: SPF 50+—the Cabo sun is no joke.
- Aloe Vera: Just in case of sunburn.
- Minimal Makeup: Tinted moisturizer, waterproof mascara, lip gloss, and bronzer for a fresh, glowy look.
- Toiletries: Toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, dry shampoo, and body lotion.
- Haircare: A mini hairbrush, heat protectant, and any styling tools. I brought my straightener and shared my cousin’s Dyson.
- Phone + Charger:
- Cash & Cards: Some places prefer cash, so bring small bills for tips and taxis.
- Hydration Packs: Liquid IV or electrolyte packets to stay hydrated—especially after a night out.
- Mini First Aid Kit: Band-Aids, Advil, and any personal meds.
